BLUE SANTA/GREEN SANTA
SOFTBALL FUNDRAISER

This event raises funds for the Police Department and Sheriff's Department to provide gifts to less fortunate children at Christmas.
FLAG PROJECT
​
On eight federal holidays, we raise flags at homes and businesses throughout the community. Subscription to this project funds our scholarship program, supporting graduating seniors as they pursue futures at trade schools and colleges.​
TEXAS RAMP PROJECT (TRP)
​​
On the second Wednesday of each month, we gather at the TRP warehouse to build modules for upcoming ramp builds. We periodically assist with weekend builds themselves, enabling local residents to continue living in their homes as they age.

ADOPT-A-PARK
RIVER CLEANUP
​​
Third Saturdays are dedicated to picking up micro-trash at Landa Park. We also participate in the annual Dos Rios cleanup event.
DIAPER DRIVE
​
Every year, we place boxes at businesses, churches, and schools throughout the county to collect diapers and wipes for the young mothers at St. Jude's Ranch for Children.
COMMUNITY ARTS PROGRAM (CAPs)
​​
On the first Tuesday each month, we spend time with elementary students at St. John's Episcopal Church. Those who can teach music lessons, and the rest of us read with the kids, help them with homework, and play games for a few hours after school.
SOS Inc. Food Bank
​
Third Tuesdays are dedicated to prepping food portions and supplies at our local food bank. We also assist with deep-cleaning at the facility at least once a year.

SALVATION ARMY

We fundraise and volunteer with the Salvation Army at Christmas and throughout the year.
